Access to and use of the services of Society Adventure, LLC (“Saati Adventure” and/or “our”) and our website is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you, the purchaser and/or traveler/Adventurer (“Customer” and “passenger” and “you/your”) agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Saati Adventures and you, the Customer. These terms restrict your rights and remedies and provide protection to Saati Adventures. These also include warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions. By using this website you acknowledge and agree (a) this is a fair balance because this website is accessible by you conveniently and at no charge to access the website; and (b) if you do not agree or do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you can choose to not use this website or Saati Adventures offices. So, if anything is in these Terms and Conditions, including warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions, that you disagree with or are not willing to be bound by, or if something is missing from these Terms and Conditions that you consider essential, then you must not use this website. IF THERE IS ANY PART OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR SAATI ADVENTURES SERVICES.
Trips Documents, Including Acceptable Identification Requirements
It is the responsibility of each Customer to obtain and carry a valid ID, passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia government regulations. When traveling domestically or internationally. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on registration records. Saati Adventures recommends that you take into account that certain countries will not admit a passenger, if their passport expires within six (6) months of the date of entry. You acknowledge any failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding/departure or an undue delay at any security checkpoints causing Customer to miss trip(s), and subsequent scheduled trip bookings on cruises and tours. When you receive any and all travel documents, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to review and verify all information. Contact Saati Adventures immediately if changes or corrections are required.
Visit to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Saati Adventures urges customers to remain informed on a daily basis as to current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia prior to booking travel to domestic or international destinations. BY ANNOUNCING TRIPS TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, SAATI ADVENTURES DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRIP TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS. CUSTOMER’S PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH EVENTS AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK.
Use of Saati Adventures Access and Information For Bookings
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to make bookings with Saati Adventures by any means, including our web site in accordance with all Terms and Conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your bookings (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of Saati Adventures communications by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household transacting business with Saati Adventures is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the tour/travel services reservations facilities provided by Saati Adventures shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
Separate supplier Terms and Conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of tour or travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of purchase imposed by Saati Adventures and any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any trips, flights, hotels, cruises, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in Saati Adventures debiting your account for any costs Saati Adventures incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your tour or travel bookings through access provided by Saati Adventures.
Payments and Cancellations
Unless otherwise defined during the reservation process, final payment is due on receipt, prior to departure or consumption. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits shall be forfeited. In some cases there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and paid for. Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your trip plans is limited. All cancellation requests must be sent to Saati Adventures via emails. As a result of cancellation, Saati Adventures and third party supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply, which are detailed in your trip booking. Cancellation penalties are advised at time of booking and provided to you upon confirmation. If you have any questions, or any penalties are unclear, please contact us or visit our payment policy page. All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you authorized to pay for our services, or deducted from credits available.
Air, Check-in, Schedule Reconfirmation
UNLESS SET FORTH IN WRITING, AIRLINE RESERVATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TRAVEL PLANS. In such event, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make appropriate air arrangements, as well as transportation to and from the destination where the travel booking originates and returns. Saati Adventures shall not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes. In rare instances, upon departure from a country, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only, and may vary in price. Due to enhanced security, it is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and 72 hours prior for international flights.
Prospective customers are advised to reserve early to avoid disappointment and additional late booking fees.
Tours: No Refund for unused arrangements and minimum participants requirements
As Saati Adventures tour prices are based on contract rates, there will not be any refund for any unused portion of a tour. Some group tours are based on minimum numbers of customers; if the number of customers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be cancelled.
Alteration to Confirmed Bookings
If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed. Administrative charges of 100 SAR or more per change/per person are advised at time of booking, provided to you upon confirmation, and depend upon circumstances of the request. All desired changes must be made via email or in writing to Saati Adventures.
Health/Security/Travel Documentation Requirements
Each Customer is responsible to make absolutely certain to have the proper immunizations and required documentation of such immunizations before travel, and to make the necessary accommodation for security rules imposed by government authorities. Saati Adventures shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccination and/or documentation prior to departure or upon landing at the final destination. See your health practitioner for advice. Prior to travel, required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by Customer’s health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which the Customer must carry for proof of inoculation where required. If you are concerned about taking any medications or receiving certain inoculations, check with your health practitioner BEFORE booking. Saati Adventures neither controls nor warrants the issuance of visas related to applicable travel. Should a visa not be issued, Saati Adventures is not responsible for lost payments made toward the contemplated trip.
Trip Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Express Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement
Please read and be certain you understand the implications of signing Express Assumption of Risk Associated (including but without limitation, traveling, hiking, climbing, off-roading, diving, snorkeling, swimming, water games and related activities)
I understand that outdoor recreation, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care and steps the releases have taken to avoid injuries. I acknowledge that the same elements that contribute to the unique character of these activities can cause loss or damage to my equipment, accidental injury, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma, disability, or death.
I acknowledge that domestic and international travels entails known and unanticipated risks all of which are too numerous to list, which include but are not limited to; acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest, hazards of travelling in uneven terrain and slips and falls; being struck by rock fall, icefall or other objects dislodged or thrown from above, the risk of exposure to insect bites; the risk of altitude and cold including hypothermia, frostbite, and the negligent acts or omission of Saati Adventures, its owners, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, participants and all other persons or entities associated with or acting in any capacity on its behalf.
I understand the certain physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical or mental conditions, which would impair my ability to participate in this tour or my safety to participate in this activity, or else I am willing to assume all risks that may be created directly or indirectly by any such condition. I hereby authorize Saati Adventures or any of their representatives to arrange for any emergency medical treatment as may be necessary for me because of participation in this activity without my further consent.
I understand that some activities and outings may occur in remote places, many kilos from medical facilities. Communication and transportation can be difficult and sometimes evacuations and medical care may be significantly delayed.
Inherent hazards and risks include but are not limited to:
Risk of injury from the activity and equipment utilized is significant including the potential for permanent disability and death.
Falling, causing broken bones severe injuries to the head, neck and back which may result in severe impairment or even death.
All "act of nature," including but not limited to avalanche, rock fall, inclement weather, thunder and lighting, severe and or varied wind, temperature and other weather conditions.
Risks associated with crossing, climbing or down climbing of rock, snow and/or ice.
Possible equipment failure and/or malfunction of my own or others' equipment, which may have be rented, borrowed, or personally owned.
My own negligence and/or the negligence of others, including employees, agents, independent contractors or representatives of including but not limited to operator failure.
Cold weather and heat related injuries and illness including but not limited to, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, sunburn, hypothermia and dehydration.
Attack by or encounter with insects, reptiles, and/or animals.
Accidents or illness occurring in remote places where there are no available medical facilities.
Fatigue chill, and/or dizziness, which may diminish my/our reaction time and increase the risk of accident
My sense of balance, physical coordination, and ability to follow instructions
I acknowledge that by agreeing to this form, I am releasing Saati Adventures, and their respective agents, employees, volunteers, trip leaders, members, sponsors, promoters, partners, officers, directors and affiliates (collectively "Releases") from any and all liability of such risks.
I acknowledge that Saati Adventures and its guides have complete authority and discretion as to the performance of activities and trips and may modify itineraries, trip plans or cancel a trip for any reason.
I acknowledge that the success of the trip depends on cooperation of the participants with the trip guides and with each other. I therefore hereby voluntarily submit to the authority of Saati Adventures and its guides for the complete duration of the trip. Should a client act in anyway deemed by Saati Adventures to be reckless, endangering his/her life or the lives of others in the trip; Saati Adventures has the right to expel the client from the trip immediately with no refund.
I have been advised by Saati Adventures representatives to obtain a travel insurance, which under certain circumstances, insures against unforeseen travel issues and risks such as inability to participate in a tour, travel bankruptcies, cancellations, delays, lost /stolen/ or damaged travel documents and personal property, medical expenses, evacuation, and other emergency transportation.
I understand that every term and provision of this agreement is intended to be severable. If any one or more of them is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that shall not affect the other terms and provisions, which shall remain binding and enforceable.
“Force Majeure” means, in relation to Saati Adventures, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Saati Adventures, (including, but without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildlife, or other untoward occurrences).
Saati Adventures shall not be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise be liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure. THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON ALL TRIPS.
If Saati Adventures, and/or any of its travel or tour suppliers, are affected by Force Majeure, they shall be entitled to, and may in their sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the trip. Payment of any refund by Saati Adventures to you as a result of the non-performance of any obligations hereunder shall remain in its sole and absolute discretion, although Saati Adventures shall use its reasonable efforts to reimburse you where possible. However, Saati Adventures shall be entitled to deduct from any refund recoverable the reasonable actual and potential costs to Saati Adventures of the Force Majeure and applicable cancellation fees.
Regarding civil disorder, once Saati Adventures has investigated the prevailing situation, as it deems fit, it shall remain in SAATI ADVENTURES sole and absolute discretion whether to proceed with the trip. You may in such circumstances cancel the trip subject to Saati Adventures Terms and Conditions.
Alterations in Travel Plans
Alterations in itinerary may be necessitated for any number of reasons, including but not limited to severe weather at the sole discretion of Saati Adventures and subject to supplier Terms and Conditions. If a property, supplier, activity, or area is deleted for any reason, it may be replaced with a comparable one.
Anti Harassment Law
Saati Adventures strive to maintain fair, secure and comfortable environment. Any incident will be dealt with strictly and could lead to permanent banning. Kindly refer back to the rules and regulation announced by the government of Saudi Arabia by clicking here
Public Display of Affection
Public Display of Affection (PDA) is prohibited on our trips and it will lead to permanent banning.
Drugs and Alcohol
Drugs & Alcohol usage are forbidden by Law of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia which includes but not limited to (recreational marijuana, recreational mushrooms, ketamine, heroin, LSD, MDMA (Ecstasy/Molly), cocaine, etc..). Any indecent of usage on our trips will be immediately reported to the authorities and will be permanently banned.
Saati Adventures reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event or during any travel activity, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Saati Adventures may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Saati Adventures, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact Saati Adventures in writing at Al Rawdah, 23441, Prince Saud Al Faisal Street, P.O.Box 2823 of his/her intentions and include a photograph.
No Copying or Editing
No material from this website may be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, performed, licensed, used to make a derivative work, transferred, sold or distributed in any way, without our prior written consent. You may not frame or mirror any material on this website on any other server or other location. Unauthorized use of any such material on any other website or computer environment or elsewhere is prohibited.
Reservation of Rights: Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will be posted here on this website and are effective immediately on posting. Please check frequently, especially before you use this website, to see if these Terms changed. Use of the website after any changes to the Terms constitutes your consent to the changes.
Access to Password Protected/Secured Areas
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of this website is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of this website may be subject to prosecution.
Right to Correct Errors/Offers Subject to Availability
We reserve the right to correct errors. All land and event offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. In the event of a land or event pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing or make any other corrections.
Coast Guard checkpoints are mandatory for any open sea trip. Have your official documents, ID, and/or passport ready. Any delay due to coast guard departure process, Saati Adventures hold no responsibility and shall not be held liable.
Life jacket must be worn during our trips.
No spearguns/spearfishing allowed on our trips.
Taking sea sickness tablets is advisable before 30 minutes of departure. Contact your physician for any contraindication of usage.
Jumping into the sea is allowed ONLY after anchoring and turning off the engines.
Feeding the fish is prohibited.
Touching or breaking the corals is prohibited and a penalty of 300 SAR will apply in case of misconduct.
For your safety, no high heels or flippers allowed. Hiking shoes is advised.
No running or shoving during our hikes to avoid unintended injuries.
Follow your guide path and instructions during your tour, hike or climb
Informing one of our team before leaving the premises is mandatory.
Applicable For All Trips
Minimum age: 8 years old. Unless mentioned otherwise
No littering allowed. Our environment is our responsibility to protect & keep it clean. Kindly use the bins set by us to throw any garbage. A penalty of 300 SAR will apply in case of misconduct.
Photography of the group is forbidden under any circumstances without the other party/person or group permission. Selfies and personal pictures are allowed.
Taking care of rental equipment is the customer responsibility, any damage to the equipment due to misuse will be charged for.
Sportswear & swimwear should be within cultural acceptance.
If any of the mentioned terms has been broken by the customer, Saati Adventures has the right to end your trip
Saati Adventures is not responsible for any loss of personal items during the trip, as it is the responsibility of the individual. Any lost item found by us will be stored for a period of 6 months to be claimed. After that period Saati Adventures reserve the right to sell, donate or keep the item.
Keep washrooms clean for you and the person after you. Kindly inform any of our team members if you find the washroom unclean or having difficulty using it.
